Permanent Makeup

At the point of booking your brow appointment, you will receive an email stating all the relevant information you will need for your upcoming appointment, along with any information that I require.  

Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received and touch up appointment is also booked, as this is mandatory to complete the process. If your touch up appointment is not booked within 10 weeks of the first appointment there will be an additional charge for this appointment, this is why you must secure you appointment with your first booking unless stated or discussed otherwise .

Should you wish to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.

Once payed, deposits are non refundable, but may be transferrable if 2 weeks notice is given and rebooked within 2 months of original appointment.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you can do so up to two weeks before your appointment and transfer your deposit, however, there is a limit of 2 reschedules.  Anything over you will loose your original deposit.

 Failure to attend your appointment with no notice will incur a payment of the full price of the treatment for the inconvenience and loss of earnings caused.

Please ensure you have fully read and understood all the information and provided me with correct details during your pre consultation form.  Failure to provide correct information, resulting in the treatment being unable to be performed will forfeit your deposit and an additional fee. 

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price and risk not being able to rebook.

You understand that;

You should not take any ibuprofen, paracetamol, aspirin and Coumadin as well as consuming alcohol 2 days prior to the appointment, as this will thin the blood giving you poor pigment retention and could affect your healed results.  This can also make the skin more tender and result in a slightly more uncomfortable treatment.

Legal action can be taken against you should you break the contract of these terms and conditions.

HD Brows & Makeup

Where possible, please give 1-2 weeks notice when cancelling any appointments, so the artist can fill your space.  However, you will need to give at least 48 hours notice when cancelling your brow or makeup appointments, anything after this will be charged a £15 fee for HD Brows and £20 for Makeup.  Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be charged the full price and unable to rebook until this fee has been paid.
